  1 day post-amputation, chilling with Dan.  1 day post-amputation. Head bonks to Dan.  1 day post-amputation. Snuggles with Opal.  2 days post-amputation. Finally, a comfortable position.  This is her first day home after the amputation. She's doing great!   This is within 10 minutes of arriving home from the vet. Probably within 2 hours of the actual amputation.   chin snugglin' action  Ding's got the biggest eyes...  Look at that pretty girl!  This is the leg splint/bandage she's been wearing for a while. She doesn't have the leg anymore but that collar will probably always stay on when we're not watching her. :/  Oh yeah, you know it.
